About

In the years of training, competing and owning horses I have spent an amount of money that just hurts, to think about, on chiropractor, veterinarians, therapies, and quality tack to ensure I am doing the best by my horses I possibly can given my tax bracket.  - Stephanie

In 2022 Stephanie purchased a PEMF machine & cold Laser to add to her training facilities tools. Stephanie is a firm believer that a horse that feels good is easier to train than one that doesn't. Might sound simple, But with today's technology we can identify problems early on. One of the 1st trainers to use Bemer in Oregon when it hit the market, seeing the difference in performance she was hooked. Further digging into available tools, PEMF was the next thing with even more benefits. She took the courses and became a certified to do treatments.

WHAT IS PEMF you ask ?

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy works by sending pulses of magnetic energy into the body, which interacts with the bodies natural electrical currents to stimulate cell repair and healing process. Potentially improving blood flow, reducing inflammation, and promoting tissue regeneration, all through a non invasive method; essentially, it mimics the bodies own natural healing mechanisms.

WHY COLD LASER ??

Cold laser therapy is a therapeutic technique that can increase blood flow to specific locations, to speed up the healing process. As a result, it will reduce pain, decreases inflammation to regain their athletic ability faster. Cold laser is also proven to speed up the process of regenerating new skin cells, so that visible scars fade away faster.  Cold laser also softens scar tissue making it more elastic and allowing for nerves to regenerate. Cold laser has also been found to reduce the formation of proud flesh and minimize scarring.

Mission

That a rising tide raises all ships ~ I will never stop learning, and seeking additional education.

My mission in life is to be the best horseman I can be, chase my dreams no matter the speed bumps put in front of me, my goal with bringing the therapies on board into my training and lesson program is to create a fitness and therapy program that keeps our horses healthy, performing at their best and avoiding the needle as much as possible without hindering their performance.
